If you have created an account in one of our
mobile applications, you may request that your
account and associated data be permanently
deleted.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your account and all
associated data:

Send an email to [email protected]

Include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

In the body of your message, provide the email
address used to create your account.

We will verify your request and confirm deletion
within 7 business days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be
permanently removed from our systems:

Your account credentials (email and
authentication data)

Any user-generated data (e.g., favorites or
preferences)
What Data May Be Retained
We do not retain any personal data after deletion.
However, non-identifiable analytics data collected
via PostHog may be retained for internal use and
cannot be linked to any deleted account.
Additional Information

We do not currently offer a way to delete
individual pieces of data without deleting the
entire account.

All data is encrypted in transit using
industry-standard HTTPS (SSL/TLS).
